Shipping
Orders are generally processed within one (1) business day of receipt. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, system maintenance, or unforeseen operational delays.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CST). Orders placed after business hours, or on Friday through Sunday, will be processed on the next operational business day.
Once an order has been processed and transferred to the designated carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Select-O-Hits is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
All merchandise is packaged in accordance with industry standards to ensure safe transit. Any damage occurring during shipment must be reported to the carrier, as Select-O-Hits is not liable for carrier‑related damage once the package has left our facility.
Returns & Defective Merchandise
Select-O-Hits accepts returns solely for defective merchandise or items that materially differ from the product description. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with content.
To initiate a return for a defective item, customers must submit a request through our Contact Us page to obtain Return Authorization (RA).
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Upon approval, the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all inserts, artwork, and components. Select-O-Hits reserves the right to inspect the returned merchandise to verify the defect. If the item is confirmed defective, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
Items returned without authorization, or items determined not to be defective, may be rejected or returned to the customer at their expense.

Select-O-Hits reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
