The Gospel Four, led by the legendary George Dean, has been A major force in the Gospel quartet industry For over 40 years now. Since the group’s inception in 1969 they have had a succession of best-selling CD releases including: New Atitude, Only Way Left Is Up, Ready Or Not, One More Blessing, and Back To The Basics Again and Get My Business Straight on Ecko Records.

The Gospel Four has been nominated for a total of 7 Stellar Awards and has brought home the trophy twice. In the year of the 2000 they were voted Quartet Of The Year, and Song Writer Of The Year (George Dean) in the American Gospel quartet division. And in 2016, they were nominated for Quartet Of The Year.

The Gospel Four have appeared on stages at churches, festivals, and state fairs across the country. They have also appeared on TV on both VH-1 and BET.

George Dean has produced and written songs for many national known artists such as, Lee Williams & The Spiritual QC’s and The Williams Brothers.
