The iconic Latin American band Cultura Profética presents their first time ever vinyl release for the instrumental version of its sixth studio album Sobrevolando, an ode to the social, political and cultural awakening. The opus that has reached more than 35 million streams on Spotify, is out now as a Limited edition specially priced double album on Light Blue vinyl.
Sobrevolando (flying over), in a symbolic way, is the attitude Cultura Profética has assumed to continue moving forward through the many challenges such as Hurrican María in their homeland Puerto Rico, the shallowness of the musical industry, the heartless direction of international geo-politics, drastic changes in the band and needless to say the actual Coronovirus pandemic.
In Sobrevolando: Instrumental, the innovative elements of their compositions and arrangements are beyond standard and were completely mixed and mastered with analog technology by the multi-Grammy-winning engineer Ben Kane (mixing engineer) and Alex DeTurk (master engineer). This vinyl, pressed by RTI, delivers an outstanding 3D sound image.
