Let's Live Together

Connecticut based Blues Rock recording artists The Name Droppers completed work on their 6th full-length album titled Let’s Live Together."which will be commercially available for distribution from HMG Recordings on June 12, 2026. The album will be available for purchase and streaming on all major digital music platforms.

Winner of the 2023 New England Music Awards for “Best Blues Act.” Their last release Cool Blue Shoes, soared to #1 on the Roots Music Report for Blues Rock. It remained on the top 10 for over 8 months. The band consists of accomplished musicians, & talented songwriters adding to their appeal.

The Name Droppers Are:

Rafe Klein- Rafe is no stranger to the music scene, as he played alongside blues legend Charlie Karp for many years and co-wrote many songs that appeared on Charlie Karp’s last album Back to You (Courtesy of Red Parlor Records).

Bobby “T” Torello- Bobby has an extensive career, most notably as the former drummer for the Johnny Winter Band. He was inducted into the Classic Drummer Hall of Fame, was inducted into the New England Music Hall of Fame, serves as an ambassador for WFIII drums, and has served as a session drummer on some of rocks greatest recordings.

Scott Spray- Like Bobby “T,” Scott was the bassist for the Johnny Winter Band and has an extensive career having played with some of the biggest names in rock-androll. His credits span decades, and his bass work on Johnny Winter’s album Step Back earned him a GRAMMY for Best Blues Album in 2015.

Ron Rifkin- Ron is a keyboard powerhouse who has played on numerous sessions, and played alongside Charlie Karp live and in the studio for many years. His unique style of playing puts him in high demand as a session player, and he has numerous credits under his belt.

Simone Brown- Simone developed her musical and vocal gifts at her local church and is a member of the CT based gospel choir “Kevin Monroe & Devotion”. She has been with the Name Droppers since her debut on the Name Droppers 2004 album Starshine.
